Data Storytelling: A Tool of Effective Communication

It’s Effective Communication month and it’s a great reminder that communication is everything. Communication is the core of why Trajektory exists. We created this company so organizations could have better relationships and more valuable and open dialogue with their partners. There is no shortage of data, but it has historically been very difficult to tell accurate, insightful, and clear stories about performance and the value of the performance to partners. We knew we had to build a solution that provides one platform that houses all partnership data, cleans the data, and structures it with the inclusion of intelligent methodology and valuations. We then had to present it in simple visuals, give the ability for one-click reporting, and all in real-time. How can you be an effective communicator if you don’t have this information at your fingertips?

Our goal is to give organizations a tool to tell their stories and communicate better with partners. We lean on communication as an integral part of the growth of a business. Not only is it vital to build those relationships with partners, but with internal groups as well. We’ve experienced firsthand that internal groups within a single organization sometimes lack visibility, understanding, and data sharing to the detriment of the greater business. Trajektory was also built with that in mind. Creating greater transparency and understanding across an organization only breeds positive ideas, innovation, and flexibility for better opportunities and revenue growth.
